Other things to note

This is a triplex. There are two additional units upstairs through a separate staircase. You may hear others walking upstairs or see others around the property.


Please note there is only room for you to park up to TWO CARS in the gated parking lot.


Getting Around

This area is extremely walkable with restaurants and boutiques less than two blocks away. If you bring a car, there's room to park in the gated parking lot behind the house. You're also a five minute walk from the Bishop Arts stop of the Dallas Streetcar.


By booking and confirming your reservation, you agree to the following House Rules and understand that negligence will result in penalty and fees.


Pets must be disclosed upon booking and approved by host prior to stay. There will be a $30 per pet per night fee. Pets are expected to be well behaved. Pets must be on leash at all times when in outdoor spaces. Pets must be kennel trained, and left in kennel when alone in the space.


Must be 23 years old or older to book.


Parking is limited to TWO gated parking spots per booking. The gated parking area is shared with guests in different units. Additional street parking is available for no extra charge.


Zero Tolerance Party Policy : $1000 fee and immediate eviction.


Quiet Hours 11pm - 8am


Smoking of any kind : Minimum $250 fee and eviction.

In compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy will result in eviction and $200 fee.
